Caitlin Howard has been in the appraisal business for over 10 years. She has owned multiple homes in the Puget Sound area and has experience appraising homes, businesses, and land across the region. Be it million-dollar homes in King County to rural homes with multiple outbuildings in Mason County, her experience is across all ranges. Commercial services have recently been expanded into her repertoire, and she is eager to continue growing her skills.
Kristina Hart
Kristina Hart has been in real estate for 6 years, recently becoming a fully certified residential appraiser. Kristina has abundant experience with new construction properties across the Puget Sound. She also has experience buying, renting, and selling homes in the Pacific Northwest and has a deep and ardent passion for the industry.

After previous companies failed to live up to the high bar Caitlin sets for herself, she and Kristin determined that the only way to ensure the integrity and consistency they expected was to build their own company. Since then, they have strived to create meaningful connections with every client and build a true network across the Pacific Northwest.
